ba776 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ba776 website accessible at ba776.io and all associated services, products, software, and content provided thereunder.
• "Player" or "you" means any natural person who registers an account on the ba776 platform and uses its services.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Player on the ba776 platform, through which all betting, gaming, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which transactions on the ba776 platform are denominated.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. Players must promptly notify ba776 of any changes to their registered details.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). ba776 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players may be required to submit documentary evidence of identity (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are approved. ba776 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. ba776 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) principles. ba776 reserves the right to investigate any transaction that appears unusual or inconsistent with the Player's normal activity pattern, and to request supporting documentation before processing such transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonus offers and promotions made available on the ba776 platform are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time the offer is presented to the Player. 6.1 Binding Nature of Bets. 7 Prohibited Activities and Fair Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba776 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances held at the time of the breach:

• Registering as a Restricted Person, or assisting a Restricted Person in accessing the platform.
